Dysregulation to Flow: Healing with Akashic Bec
What if your emotions weren’t problems to fix but signals guiding you back to yourself? We sit down with Akashic Bec—Akashic Records channel, hypnotherapist, and numerologist—to explore emotional regulation, energy flow, and the practical side of mystical work. Together, we unpack why so many of us feel disjointed, how suppression distorts the body’s magnetic field, and why returning to center changes what life brings to your door.
Details
Bec walks us through her consent‑led approach to the Akashic Records, turning scattered experiences into a clear soul map. We demystify hypnosis and past life regression, swap the Hollywood myths for the real theta‑state benefits, and outline when hypnosis can succeed where solo meditation stalls. We also dive into Emotion Code and Body Code—precision tools for releasing trapped emotions and inherited cords—so you can feel lighter without guessing. Empaths will find strategies to stop absorbing everyone else’s weather, while those who avoid feeling learn how to safely open, process, and move on.
Then we get wonderfully nerdy with numerology. Learn how your life path number acts like the foundation of your inner house, why master numbers (11, 22, 33) intensify lessons and gifts, and how personal years and months help you plan surgeries, launches, and important milestones. Beck shows how numbers pair with intuition to make better decisions in the real world—no complex math required. Along the way, we share grounded practices for consistency, why healing is a spiral not a race, and a powerful reminder to stop comparing your timeline to anyone else’s.
If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for flow and curiosity for control, hit play and come with us. Subscribe, leave a review to support the show, and share this episode with someone who needs the nudge to remember who they are.

SPEAKER_01:Yeah, it's yes, it's been too long. And for anyone that is wondering how Becca and I became friends, she has shared her story in addition to her amazing spiritual journey with me on the Past Lives Cafe podcast. So if anybody is wanting some more dates on this amazing woman, definitely check out her episode. It was awesome.
SPEAKER_00:Yes, I had such a good time. That was a great interview, even off the cuff.
SPEAKER_01:I have to give you the utmost props for that. And I will say, completely changing that entire thing on you at the last minute. And you're able to give thoughtful, intelligent, and just upbeat answers. I just I I I said to myself, I love this girl. And so the love continues.
SPEAKER_00:Oh, thank you. I appreciate it. I receive, I receive your love.
SPEAKER_02:Love that. Love that. Yes. And we will absolutely have the link for the amazing Past Life Cafe podcast as well. Her episode with Akashic Beck is phenomenal. So we will definitely have that in the show notes for all of our listeners as well. So let's introduce Akashic Beck. She is a channel of the Akashic Records, kind of like the name suggests. Love it. Hypnotherapist, numerologist, girl, and teacher of energetic and emotional regulation. Where have you been all my life? Here. As a Pisces, that's something I could have used long ago. Um, anyway, she combines her gifts and practice to help others see the power and potential within themselves. And her goal is inner standing and acceptance. I thought that was pretty powerful. Do you want to start with that a little bit and explain to us what that looks like to you?
SPEAKER_00:I I don't know if I came up with the word or if I heard it somewhere and I had just regurgitated it, but I heard the word understanding because I was like, it's not just about understanding with your mind. Your mind is a tool, right? It helps us process information. Understanding is about truly getting it on a deeper, deeper level. Because all of the answers of who we are is within us, right? And so you have to go within when you start out on a spiritual journey or a healing journey or whatever kind of journey that you're on, it all starts from within and it works its way out. And so we have to honor that inner part of the self before we can move forward.
SPEAKER_02:Yes, I love that, which explains why, at least for me, it just brought this soul resonance, like almost remembering is what it felt like when I was reading this.
SPEAKER_00:Now that you say that, it is a remembrance. That's what ascension is. It's remembering who we are, it's remembering not just who we are in this construct that we live in, but who we are on a soul level.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah. Love it. So we're gonna dive right on in. What is your definition of emotional dysregulation?
SPEAKER_00:So first off, the definition that I have might be different than the stereotypical definition of emotional dysregulation. Simply because we've grown up in a world in a society where emotions have been shamed, they've been frowned upon, we have had to suppress them. It's bad if you show emotions, right? And so I feel like the types of dysregulation that I encounter are due to that suppression, that shame, that keeping it all inside and not allowing it to flow. It's literally not allowing your emotional body to flow. We have multiple bodies, we have our physical, our mental, our emotional, our spiritual bodies. If one part of your body isn't allowed to flow, the rest of them can't flow. And so it starts wreaking havoc on all areas, all aspects of self and all areas of your life. It starts reflecting back out to you in your relationships and in the circumstances that you find yourself in. And so to me, it looks like an interrupted pattern within the emotional body. The emotional body is very much linked to our magnetic field. That's how we manifest is like through our emotional body, and it starts leaching out into our magnetic field, and that's what draws things to us or repels things away from us. So how we feel about ourselves, how we feel about others, how we feel about things, it's not just what we think, it's how we feel. Our emotions are extremely powerful, and I think that's why the world has taught us to suppress those things.
SPEAKER_02:That felt just so authentic to hear you explain that. Could you help us understand why people get so dysregulated?
SPEAKER_00:Absolutely. We're born into this world where emotions are shame. It's like we're set up for failure in that way, unless we are fortunate and blessed enough to be in a space where emotions are nurtured and seen and we feel seen, where things are reflected back to us in a healthy manner in a more cohesive way. But for many of us, that's not the case. We find ourselves inundated with trauma, and we have people in our lives that are wounded, and they project those wounds onto us, or we have traumatic experiences, we're the target of abuse or neglect. And so all of those circumstances, like outer circumstances, start leaching into us, and they start to cultivate these self-beliefs that can also cause dysregulation in all of the bodies that we encompass. I think that's why we go back to the understanding, why it's such a key component in healing is because when you know who you are, you realize that you are not your wounds, you are not the beliefs of other people, you are not your mistakes, you are not a burden to be carried and figured out. You are who you are, and you are the person that can heal yourself the best. Not to say that we don't need help, there's eight billion of us on the planet, and we can't go through this alone, and we really shouldn't. But at the end of the day, we are our own healer. Whenever I tap into people's energetic fields and I start piecing these things together and saying, okay, well, this is what I'm seeing. And even if you feel like you've worked through it, if you've only worked through it on one level, say like the mental level, let's say you got mental help or you went to a therapist or a psychologist or what have you. And I'm not saying they're not important because they absolutely are, but it is only addressing one of those energy fields that you carry. And so it's just about a, like I said, a cohesion, a balance, a coming back to self and finding your center. Your center is where you're regulated. And that's what I try to help people do is find their center.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, absolutely. That's so important. Could you talk to us a little bit about how you help people re-regulate or stand in whatever it is that they need, what type of modalities and healing energy services that you do offer and what those look like.
SPEAKER_00:Sure. Absolutely. Well, as I mentioned, I read the Akashic Records, and I don't know how other people who read the records, I don't know how they do things. This is just how I do things. I make sure that the people that I read for feel safe if they need to cry, if they feel like they need a safe space, that they have that. And I'm really big about consent whenever I read for people. I feel like going into the records, which is like all of our information, it's not just our past lives, it pertains to literally everything. I feel like that gives people a deeper understanding where they start to see, it's almost like pulling the puzzle pieces together, you know. So I feel like that's how I utilize the records is I'm helping these people regain a sense of power within themselves, a sense of agency within themselves, and then we can move forward however that looks. And then the other modalities that I love that I find so valuable, hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is such a powerful, and I feel like there's so much stigma around it even nowadays, even though it's becoming more commonplace, it it helps us basically get out of our own head because our records, our past lives, our energy, it's not something separate from us, it is within us, right? And a lot of our experiences hang out, so we have an energetic body and they hang out in our field in different places, and we don't even know that, you know. So I like to utilize soul center healing hypnosis is one modality that I use, and past life regression, because sometimes the things that we're experiencing aren't even from this life, they are something that we are still carrying. Our bodies obviously die, but our energy keeps on living, it keeps on existing, and so we absorb things like sponges and our energetic field, and so it helps you go into that field and say, Oh, that's why I feel the way that I do. There's a lot of signatures that get embedded and start manifesting when you come into your physical vessel. So I utilize hypnosis in that way to get into that that subconscious place that's so many of us feel like we're blocked from. We feel like we're not able to access. You can go under hypnosis yourself, but a lot of people may find that to be challenging, and so that's why I feel like it's important to have people who can assist with that. And then I also utilize emotion code and body code. I tell everybody, like literally everyone, about emotion code and body code. It has changed my life, it has been so freeing. So, but emotion code and body code is a technique that you use to release trapped emotions, similar to Reiki. In Reiki, you use universal energy to move emotions throughout the body. Emotion code and body code is much more precise in the way that you utilize the energy whenever you're walking through that, and it's also something you can do on yourself. I tell people all the time I'm like, get the book, learn how to do it, because you can do it for yourself.
SPEAKER_01:I was going to say it's more directed, isn't it, Becca? Yes. Because you can use that to pinpoint where you're picking things up, right? Exactly.
SPEAKER_00:It absolutely helps hone your intuition in that way because you're not just you're not just relying on, like I said, your logical or your conscious mind. There's subconscious patterning that is able to come up through the emotion code and body code. It also can tell you about inherited trapped emotions, cords of attachment that you've inherited from your family, things that you're carrying for your family. And so all these techniques help me get people on the track of emotional regulation and energetic regulation. And then I just have learned over the years how to read energy and understand what it is that I'm picking up on. So people who identify as like highly sensitive or empathic, they are a shoe-in for this. If you can learn how to read energy, you're good. You're pretty golden because it can help you understand so many more things on a deeper level. It's like ping-ponging between the subconscious and the conscious mind. It's giving you this level of feedback that you cannot simply gain from looking at it from a third-dimensional standpoint. So I learned how to read people's energy as I cultivated all of my spiritual gifts. I began to learn how to interpret that through each one. So I'm able to connect with people and I'm able to say, Hey, uh, so you have an autoimmune disorder, and part of that is this cord of attachment between you and your mom, or whatever the case may be. That was just an example. Um, and I'm able to tell them like what they need to do, like the things they need to start implementing in a practical, tangible manner, in order to start moving through those woundings and start to maybe help them with their symptoms and things like that. I don't know if you would call that medical intuitive, but that's what I do in my energetic readings and workings.
SPEAKER_02:That's definitely what I would call that personally.
SPEAKER_01:Thank you. Yes, and and when I was having an Akashic records reading done with Becca, she picked up on energetic mental and behavioral wellness issues with my son, like that. And she also, I'm talking about you like you're not here, you also picked up on the Scottish lineage in one part of my background. And get this, Chloe. The name of my spirit guide is the name of your husband and my son. And that was the part where I almost fell off my dang chair. But of course, I'm trying to let this reading go on, and I'm recording it going, I will react to this when we're done. So I say all of this to attest to this amazing person's abilities that are just so spot on. I'm going to use some of your words of wisdom with regard to his abilities as well. This ability that you have to read energetic signatures and how we're honing those things is amazing. And she picked up the mermaid and the oceanic thing right away without really knowing anything about this side of my life. So yeah, it was pretty amazing.
SPEAKER_02:I love that you spoke about reading energy because I was gonna ask you what you felt like for you that was. And I love that you articulated that so beautifully, but also described it because I think that gives everybody an opportunity to maybe sit and think about if they can do this or what that looks like for them. I believe it looks very differently for everybody. And maybe that's the gateway that opens all of the other things. So I think that's beautiful. The other thing I jotted down really quickly was your sponge analogy and how powerful that was. I work, as our listeners know, and and poor Keone is very familiar. I work with very visual thought processes. And so that resonated deeply because whether it's a 99 cent sponge or a quality sponge that we're using in our life, we have to take care of that sponge, right? Because if we want it to do for us the way that we need it to, the way we're using it as a tool, we have to remember to clean it and swap them out and refresh them and give them all of the things that we need as humans to feed our soul and give us that energy so that we can bring the vibration to be inclusive versus exclusive. So that was powerful for me too. And I just wanted to mention that that was not lost on me. I was curious what your thoughts are on where the division, if there is one, between meditation and hypnosis. And I only ask because for me, the layman, when I hear hypnosis, I think let's be real honest, I think like 80s and 90s thought perspective, like the clock and the tick-tock, tick-tock, and they're gonna go in your brain and they're gonna control all of the things like a puppet master. That's like the Hollywood version. And in reality, how it feels is like I'm just meditating. I don't even need to be laying down, I don't need all of the hoopla. So I'm very curious your thoughts.
SPEAKER_00:This is a valid question, and I appreciate it. So I would say on a maybe on a fundamental level, they could be the same, but in hypnosis, there's A guide present, and also whenever you're going into hypnosis, you go into what's called the theta brainwave state, and that is that intermediary between being asleep and being awake, right? And I'm sure it's the same for meditation. The difference is that when you're meditating, to me, it feels more stationary in your energetic field. It's like things are being pulled in for you, right? Same thing with hypnosis, thing information is being pulled in, but I feel like you're moving through something, you're actually diving into more of a subconscious type realm than you would be if you were in meditation because you are aware in both scenarios, right? You're aware I am in meditation. A lot of people have trouble with meditation because we're distracted, you know. We're we're like, oh, squirrel, you know, whenever we're in there, and so the key to learning how to meditate is to pull your attention back, observe, acknowledge, and then pull your attention back. You keep coming back to the self, you keep coming back to the self, and it's just like a process, and that's your main source of concentration. But then whenever you're doing hypnosis, you're like, I am centered, I don't have to worry about being centered or not, because I'm actually delving into this pocket over here. I'm going through this door over there, I am talking, I am channeling, I am experiencing whatever it is that I'm sitting in right now.
SPEAKER_01:I just love the way that you characterize that, Becca, because so many times we fight with ourselves to meditate properly, and it's our brain's job to become fixated on different things, where with a really talented hypnotherapist like you, you're able to say, Let those thoughts come and go, just focus on my voice and let me guide you. And you're allowing them to walk with you on that journey.
SPEAKER_02:In your experience, how do you feel like the emotions and energy work together in this healing process? Sure.
SPEAKER_00:Like I said, we have multiple bodies, our emotional body is so intrinsically tied to our magnetic field. Part of my job and part of what I feel like a lot of energy workers' jobs are are to bring everything back to kind of homeostasis, balancing everything back out and allowing it to all be regulated and work together and flow. Flow is so important in the healing journey. If you don't let one aspect of yourself flow, then the others are gonna get clogged up, and then that's when we start to have problems, right?
SPEAKER_02:So much, yes.
SPEAKER_00:And once again, from it's from the inside out, right? So we have to start finding those markers within, addressing them. And then once we start to establish a flow and we start to feel differently and we start to think differently, and we start to understand and realize and gain clarity, we realize oh, I got past base camp one. I can go to the next level on this healing journey. If we're just specifically talking about our energetic body, finding the space to feel safe within your energetic body is so crucial. Um, and that's why I like to create a safe space and hold space for people whenever we're doing these kinds of things together because our emotions can cloud our judgments, we can make poor decisions if we're not emotionally regulated. We might just do things out of an uncentered space. There's two different kinds of people. There's people who absolutely are cut off from their emotions, they're afraid to feel anything. To me, their emotional bodies look like they're very close to the chest, they're not very open. They're like, don't look at that, don't look at me. I don't want to feel anything because it's too much, you know. They're not allowing things to properly move forward. They don't allow themselves to experience things that they need to experience in order to, like I said, to get to that next level of healing. So it's about like kind of drawing that out of them, creating a safe space for them to pull forward their emotions and look at it and feel it and work through those things and say, Hey, you you don't have to carry the guilt and shame around this, you are an emotional being. We are here to emote, you can do that, it's fine, and then allowing them to take those little baby steps towards emotional sovereignty within themselves, and then there are the people like me who are empathic and sensitive, and our emotions are real big, and we feel everything. I don't want to feel other things, but I do, I can't help it. I don't know how to not do that, and so for them, I'm not necessarily suppressing them, but I'm helping them regain control. Control is not a bad thing, there has to be balance in all things for people like me who are very empathic and pick up on everything. It's about pulling them back to the center because we're so outwardly focused, we're picking up on everybody else's stuff. We don't even know how we feel because we're picking up on our mom's stuff or our husband's stuff or whatever the case may be. It's too much. So I'm bringing them back to a place where they can detach from all of that, and then once we detach, we can start to see things clearly, and we're like, okay, all right, I know what I need to do now. I have clarity about this. I am not my emotions. My emotions are not going to rule me, they're gonna be able to be wrangled in and put back in their space so that I can feel safe within my body.
SPEAKER_02:And do you provide to them either suggestions or steps on how to do that? Because I think as somebody who's very stubborn and loves to try everything multiple times, and when it doesn't work, just keep trying again. I feel like I've finally within the last year have been able to at least acknowledge what you're saying and discovering how to maneuver that and how to embody that without burning every bridge along the path on you know of the learning adventure. Could you talk about that a little bit?
SPEAKER_00:Sure. I would say you're persistent, not stubborn. It's a good thing to try things. You shouldn't always allow yourself to be convinced the first time. But anyways, I've digressed. Yes, I do give clients tangible advice and practical ways. Like I'm big about practicality. I'm a 5-1 for human design aficionados. I'm here to give you the practical advice that you need in order to keep moving forward. I can give you what you need right now, but I don't know about six months from now. I don't know what that's gonna look like for you. It really all depends on you and what kind of work you're willing to do within this span of time. It's really up to you. So I'm able to channel that advice from spirit, and then you can do with it how you see fit. But it is about consistency, healing, any kind of journey that you're on. You have to be consistent in whatever you're doing. So you can't just do it just one time. You have to be persistent. I leave things open to interpretation sometimes because I might tell you sit in meditation, and you may be like, I don't like to sit and meditate. Maybe it's a walking meditation, maybe going out into the woods, do some forest bathing would be more adept for you. What feels right for you? Do some kind of variation of the thing. And then also like to leave my clients an open door. So if they have a question, they can always come back and talk to me. If they need any extra information or perspective on something, I'm happy to oblige.
SPEAKER_02:I love that. I've personally experienced how the healing process is not linear like my ruler, it's very spiral-y. No matter how much we learn and process and grow when we come back to that side of the soft spot, we'll say on that spiral, it can still feel some type of way, regardless. It makes me think of something that Keoni said right before she hit record that felt very powerful that I wrote it down because this was the clarity that I received internally. She said the thought process of, oh, you have it too doesn't always mean that if you have it that I don't have it, whatever it could be, whether it's money, the vision, the clarity, regardless. And that whole concept of we all can. There's not limited resources. And it sounds like that's really what is the bottom line message here is for everybody. If we do our own work, we can all get there too.
SPEAKER_00:Oh, absolutely. I and that's why I encourage people. I say, if circumstances don't allow you to do this, try this. There, there's always more options. I don't care for modalities that say this is how things have to be done and this is it. Sorry, the rest of you are cut off. We all have different levels of discipline, we all have different socioeconomical areas that we live in, we all have different budgets. We're all just trying to survive here, we're all trying to make it work, and so I don't believe in cutting people off at a knee and telling them that there's no hope for you. That's not what I came here to do. And anyway, but that's just my two cents on that. That's I'll get off my soapbox.
SPEAKER_02:No, I love that because you basically I my interpretation was our listeners know you'll never be playing with a magic eight ball. Yes, no, maybe.
SPEAKER_00:I mean, I might, you know, I mean I went to Target earlier and and it was there. Hang on just a second, you know.
SPEAKER_02:So I might have been searching your social media and your website, and there's definitely something I want to ask later on on your website. But before I get to that bond that I didn't share with you that I was gonna ask at all, I saw that you do numerology. And for me, this is the rabbit hole because the more I dig, I just can't figure out any of these connections and understand it. But I will say I feel it. Like I feel when I see the certain numbers or certain things, or when I did my math to figure out what my house number was. I'm like, oh, this is a good one. So I know there's something there. Could you talk to us and explain a little bit about numerology and just as much as you're willing to share? I would love to.
SPEAKER_00:I nerd out on this stuff. So numerology, for anyone who's not familiar, is the study of numbers, but not just numbers, it's their energetic signature, it's their patterns, their sequences. It's how you come to understand the language of numbers and numbers have predate letters. This is how we get our letters, our alphabets is through numbers. And so numerology for me has been a way for me to understand this construct, the world that we live in, and it's like astrology in that it's used as a tool of prediction. You can add up your numbers of today, you can add up your numbers of next week, uh next month, next year, and you can see kind of what you're walking into is kind of how I visualize it. Um, it gives you an opportunity to kind of maybe prepare yourself, even though you may not know exactly what's coming, you'll know what it's regarding at least, and you'll be able to maybe handle things in a different way or in a more empowered or educated or informed way. And numerology has been such an amazing tool, it's really helped me not only understand, like I said, the signatures of what's going on in the world, but it helps me to understand other people, it helps me understand myself, my strengths, my weaknesses, my talents, my gifts, even tell you about your purpose, it can tell you about what phase of life you're in, you know, and under also understanding like how those numbers work together. Because just like you know, there's no barrier. You can look and see like the meanings of the numbers and then meld them together, and it'll all make a lot more sense. It gives you like a deeper layer of understanding about what is going on.
SPEAKER_02:Have you always gotten all of this from numbers, or where did this start for you specifically?
SPEAKER_00:I started reading about numerology when I was, oh gosh, I was a teenager. I was like 17 maybe, and I was I I don't know, I just went through this like witchy esoteric phase, like, or at least that's what I was thinking it was. It's just it's not a phase mom, you know, and it didn't end. It did end, it did not, and so I started reading about and I also started reading about astrology in this time. I was learning about tarot, like anything I could get my hands on, all that new age stuff was cool to me. And of course, I grew up in a very conservative Catholic household, and so that kind of stuff was frowned upon. So I had to do this stuff in secret, but I started reading everything that I could and just familiarizing myself with the numbers, and I found it to be fun. I was like, oh, cool. I'm having a six personal year and what that meant and how it was reflected back to me in the circumstances that I was experiencing. I studied it for a long time, and then like you do, I was in my early 20s and I had graduated from college and I was getting a big girl job and living my life, and so I shelved it for a few years. And then when I was in my late 20s, I picked it back up again, and that's actually when I got super serious about it. It coincided with my spiritual awakening, and several years later I actually received my certification in numerology so I can actually teach it and know what I'm talking about, you know. And uh, so it has been so rewarding, and I love to help people learn and understand about numerology and how empowering it can be in that way. People are fascinated with that stuff too, especially nowadays when it's becoming more commonplace in our society, but I do feel like there's gonna be this huge boom, and I think it's already happening during the age of Aquarius. We're gonna see a lot of astrologers and numerologists and human design and you know, all these types of beautiful. I call them languages. I just feel like they're a new language that you can learn.
SPEAKER_02:And it feels like they're all linked, right? Like as soon as I go down a rabbit hole on one, it opens the door for another. And I'm like, no, no, that's already on my list. I can't get that far. I gotta digress. And then you go down another portion of the rabbit hole because it's all in one. And then you're like, oh dang it, back at astrology, back up. I started at numerology. How did I end up in all of these facets? And so that's what's so intriguing about it.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, right. Yeah, well, and there's different facets of it, right? Like just astrology. There's Western astrology, there's Vedic astrology, things like that. There's different types of numerology too. And you're like, I do not have all day to be sitting here learning. I have 24 hours in a day, you know.
SPEAKER_02:I cannot give you 26. It's just impossible.
SPEAKER_00:Right. That's so real.
unknown:Yes.
SPEAKER_02:I love that you get all of that from numbers. Because as somebody who never did third grade, I never learned how to do fractions, I still struggle with subtraction. My fingers and toes are really truly my friends, like when it comes to math. Don't tell my boss. And so we as you're telling me or sharing with all of us and our listeners that all of these things the numbers tell you. I'm thinking for me, it just gives me heartache and anguish and stress and anxiety because I'm thinking there must be some scary math involved. But every time I looked into numerology, it was I'm gonna use the phrase user-friendly in every capacity.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I would definitely say it is user-friendly. It keeps its basis and it doesn't go too far off the path.
SPEAKER_02:How can numerology and knowing these numbers how can we apply them and help us to navigate using the example I used before? I heard on a podcast, do the math for your house number, and if this number means this number, this number, this whatever, whatever. So I felt really good about the house number. But where do we go from there? How do we translate that into real life experiences? Okay, other than going to your website and booking a conversation with you.
SPEAKER_00:I don't know if this is even a thing, but have y'all ever heard of Pam Gregory, the astrologer? She is adept at what's called mundane astrology. She's a lovely woman. She lives in the UK and she talks about mundane astrology, which is like the astrology of what's happening in the world. She talks a lot about current, past, future events and how they all kind of fall in line with the astrology of the time, right? I would say, in a way, that is what I do too. I like to focus on the energies of now, what's going on right now. For example, it's a nine universal year. What does that look like? What would that look like for the collective? And then you break it down into the different months and how this month correlates with this year, and then how this day correlates with this month and this year. You start to look at like how they all interlink and fit together and what that might look like. And then on top of that, I pull in my own intuition. So I might pick up on something more specific within the realm of that generalization. First of all, I look at your life path. Number that will tell me so much about you. Your life path number makes up 30% of your numerology. It's a pretty big chunk, but it's not everything. When I explain it to people, your numerology is like a house, and your life path number is the foundation that your house is built on. And so all of the different rooms within the house are going to represent the different aspects of self and what you came here to do and what you came here to learn and experience. And so that's how I break it down. And then for my readings specifically, I like to break down what is going on, what's your personal year versus what's the universal year? I break down the different months, and if asked, I will look into specific dates for people, and I can tell you like what's going on. Is this a good day to get married? Is this a good day to have surgery? You know, things like that. People ask me those things all the time. And so I can look into those dates and get more specific as well. I also like to put in tarot correspondences. I love tarot. And like you said, with the astrology, there's a lot of beautiful correlations in the tarot as well. And so that's how I break stuff down for people and try to explain it in a way that isn't overwhelming. That you know, it can be very general, and I leave things open to interpretation. This might happen, or you could be feeling this way, but that doesn't necessarily mean that's exactly what's going to happen. It's just information I'm picking up on.
SPEAKER_02:And just like all other modalities, the power of choice is a real thing. So no matter how air quotes perfect anyone is or isn't, it doesn't mean anything.
SPEAKER_00:Free will is a thing, yes. So handle it how you see fit. This is the platform. Do whatever you want to say with it.
SPEAKER_02:Definitely.
SPEAKER_01:My life path number is 11. She's laughing. Because it's a cool number, right? It's a master number. Thank you. Yeah, so is every double number a master number? So in this case, 11 we know is two ones.
SPEAKER_00:So master number the master numbers are 11, 22, and 33, and some numerologists say 44 as well.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, so there's only a handful of them. Yes. Okay.
SPEAKER_00:Yes. Because those numbers create the trifecta. Master numbers basically what they entail is greater lessons and greater rewards. So let's make a correlation. The number 11 coincides in astrology with the asteroid Chiron, the wounded healer. It represents a skipped step in your soul's evolution. So this is actually an opportunity for you to gain more insight, more clarity. And you carry the signature of the Chiron. So it's like you are literally in this lifetime of transformational healing for yourself. This is something that maybe either you refused or that you weren't able to work through in another lifetime. And in order for you to move forward on your timeline, you need to work through certain things in this particular lifetime that you're in. And so that's what the 11 is telling you. But it's also the number of enlightenments. So that it's not all negative, it's not all bad. Don't be afraid of numbers, you guys. They don't always mean something nasty. You know, it's all about what you do with it. And it can also, I will say, 11s can be sometimes they can be intimidating. They carry, people might interpret it as a heavy energy, but it's just like a very intense energy. And you're learning that everything reflected within you is being reflected back out in your circumstances. So it's all about how you utilize your life path, right? Mm-hmm. So if you were 11, are you an 11? Me, no, I'm a nine. Oh, I love nine. 27 nine. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02:Ooh, how do we love to calculate our numbers?
SPEAKER_00:That I love this question. So you add all of the numbers of your birth date together, and then you take that sum and you reduce it to a single digit. The only exception is you do not reduce master numbers. I'll use my birth date as an example just for educational purposes. My birthday is April 3rd, 1982. So 4 plus 3 plus 1 plus 9 plus 8 plus 2 equals 27. 2 plus 7 equals 9. Now, if you were say, let's say you were born November 1st, it would be 11 plus 1 plus the numbers of your year. So you would not reduce that. But master numbers, when you get the sum, yes, you can reduce it. I will tell you this. There's some people they either embody the master number energy or they embody the reduced number energy. So let's say you're a 33-6, some people they're not quite ready to embody that 33 energy. They stayed in the vibration of the six, that's where they felt most comfortable. But they have the potential to reach the 33.
SPEAKER_01:So when you say, regardless of the number, whether it's a master number or not, how do you use that number to then strive for what that could be?
SPEAKER_00:I think it all goes back to the beginning of our podcast here when we were talking about understanding. Yeah. Learning what your strengths and your weaknesses are, which is also something that numerology can tell you. Learning about what your capacity is, what your discipline looks like, what you feel called to do will help you know what you can achieve. And the numerology, like I said, is that basis. It can help you set the stage for that. And then it can show you once again, like how to move forward, how to navigate, how to plan. And if it's not something that you're born into knowing, if you're like me when you grew up in a religious household, you're not exposed to that type of information. But I can go back and look at the different years when I was younger before I started learning about numerology, and I can be like, oh, I understand that was the energy of that time. And it shaped a lot of who I am, and I can move forward knowing that was the signature that was imprinted upon that time.
SPEAKER_01:That's helpful. Thank you. You're welcome. An answer, an answer I understood. Yay! Love it.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, that is very helpful. I second that a hundred percent because every time I do my math on my birth date, not to air out my age, but we're very close actually. And mine would be 33. And so I always just did six because 33 didn't resonate. This was a couple years ago, and I think I can resonate m more so now with a 33, now that I've really spent the years and the time, not that I'm done because it's a forever job, but really trying to learn who I am, then only then can I help others. So I love how you describe that because regardless of what our number is, that's how we can interpret them. Absolutely. That's beautiful. Thank you. Yes. So, pop fly question for you. Your website might suggest that you have a big announcement coming very soon. And I also see that soon you will be offering new offerings and classes. Hopefully, towards the end of this year, it's looking like. If we follow your website.
SPEAKER_00:Sure. Well, I'll tell you a little bit about it. How about that? I am feeling called to do more teaching again. I took a hiatus from teaching the past couple of years because I just had a lot of stuff going on. And so now I'm feeling more like I want to get back in that teaching space. But I'm going to be teaching a class with a good friend of mine about emotional regulation, about detachment and energetic signatures. And then later I am going to be teaching a class on numerology. So it's actually going to be in different parts. I'm going to have different themes, if you will, but I won't share the themes just right this moment, but I will be teaching about different ways that you can utilize numerology in your day-to-day life.
SPEAKER_02:How exciting. I can't wait. I will continue to social media follow because that's a yes.
SPEAKER_00:I'm going to have a lot more things that are coming down the pike. But you asked me if I have any advice for people. So I actually did have a piece of advice because this is actually something that has come up this past week that I wanted to share. When you are on your healing journey, don't compare where you are to someone else. It's just don't do it. Spirit has told me years ago, they showed me this vision of a white piece of paper with dots on it. And the dots were the same size, and they were all evenly spaced apart. When I turned the paper flat horizontal, people were in different levels. Like the dots represented people. Don't compare your gifts or where you're at or your healing journey to anybody else's, because that is the best way to trip yourself up. Because you'll constantly be comparing yourself to everybody around you, and it's just not healthy. And it does bad things to your energy field. So please don't.
SPEAKER_02:Yes, that's one of the best words of wisdom and affirmation I've heard in a long time. Thank you. We will include all of your social medias in our show notes for everybody. Her website is akashic.com, which is a k-a-s-h i-c B E C dot com.
